Preacher: Jeremiah Fyffe
•
1. Isaiah 35:1-2 | THE LORD’S PROMISE OF PROVISION FOR THE WILDERNESS JOURNEY
2. Isaiah 35:3-4 | THE IMPLICATION FOR THE WEAK TO BECOME STRONG
3. Isaiah 35:5-7 | THE COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION BY THE LORD
4. Isaiah 35:8-10 | THE ABSOLUTE SURETY OF RETURN HOME
Psalm 65
Hebrews 12:12
Therefore lift your drooping hands and strengthen your weak knees, and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be put out of joint but rather be healed.
Luke 7:22
And he answered them, “Go and tell John what you have seen and heard: the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, the poor have good news preached to them.
Philippians 1:6
And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.
Robert Webber
Unfortunately, we frequently fail to see what Isaiah saw. We allow the goals, ambitions, and everyday responsibilities of life to be so central to our thoughts that we fail to shut down and center on the Holy One, the Creator, the one who is high and lifted up above all that is.
