JESUS IS CRUSHED BY THE CROWD
JESUS MAKES TWELVE
Luke 2:32
a light for revelation to the Gentiles,
and for glory to your people Israel.

[Jesus] understands the pressures which we feel when we try to reach out to others as he did. He knows that when you really care about others, you open yourself to troubles virtually incomprehensible to those who do not care. He understands that those who stand with him are assaulted by a demonized culture which tries to gain mastery. He understands the pressures of a life of faith.
Acts 1:21–22
accompanied us during all the time that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us, beginning from the baptism of John until the day when he was taken up from us
Matthew 19:28–30
Truly, I say to you, in the new world, when the Son of Man will sit on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
2 Timothy 2:2
what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also.
